PipeSafe: video endoscopy of weldings and residues in pipes and piping systems

2-icon-PipeSafeWelds, cracks, crazes of inferior quality as well as other defects which remain unnoticed in new and operating pipeline systems pose a great hygiene risk to process installations. PipeSafe is our endoscopic video inspection method to detect bad welds, sediment and cleaning problems in your pipeline systems.

PIPESAFEValidate your pipeline system
PipeSafe is mainly used as a welding inspection to validate newly installed pipeline systems to be absolutely sure that the welding has been perfectly executed and that all pipelines optimally connect. The inspection can also be used to give a hygienic status as a preventive inspection or as part of a troubleshooting inspection. This way you are able to map your (microbial) hazards before starting production.
